Why we process personal data

We process your personal data in particular in order to:

• prepare a quote for our services,
• negotiate possible cooperation and conclude a contract,

We do not use personal data obtained through the inquiry form for any other purpose without an appropriate legal basis.

Data obtained through the inquiry or contact form is kept for as long as is needed to handle the inquiry and the related correspondence.

If a contract or business relationship subsequently arises, we may keep the relevant data for the duration of that relationship and thereafter for the period required by law or necessary to protect our rights.

Sharing personal data

We do not provide personal data to third parties for their own marketing purposes without an appropriate legal basis.

However, our contractual partners and service providers may have access to personal data to the extent necessary, where they provide for example:

Specifically: a submitted inquiry form becomes two e-mails — a message to us and a confirmation to you — delivered by our processor Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, 17 rue Salneuve, 75017 Paris, France).

The website itself is hosted by Vercel Inc. (USA); the inquiry form is processed by its server in the European Union.

A copy of the message sent to us also goes to the website supplier, who provides its technical administration and makes sure no inquiry is lost.

Cookies

The website may use cookies that are necessary for it to function correctly and securely.

If the website also uses analytical, marketing or other cookies that are not necessary for its operation, such cookies are used only in accordance with applicable law and, where required, on the basis of your consent.

Specifically, this website stores a single cookie named “locale”, and only if you switch language. It remembers the language you chose, is technically necessary for the site to display correctly, contains no personal data and expires after one year. The site uses no tracking or advertising cookies, which is why it shows no cookie bar.

Your rights

In connection with the processing of personal data you have, under the conditions laid down by law, in particular the right to:

• request access to your personal data,
• request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data,
• request erasure of personal data,
• request restriction of processing,
• object to processing,
• data portability, where the statutory conditions are met,
• withdraw your consent at any time, where processing is based on consent,
• lodge a complaint with the Czech Data Protection Authority, ÚOOÚ (uoou.gov.cz).
