We help artists, event organisers and companies get their work and projects seen.
02About us
We connect clients with trusted partners in print, distribution, online presence and media.
We handle every project individually — from taking over your banners and source material, through arranging print and distribution, to promotion on themed portals and on television.
What we set out to do
03Who we work with
Three routes, one goal — getting your work to people who genuinely care about it.
04Services
End-to-end, from the press release to the posters on the street.
05Portals
We don’t buy ad space. The culture portals are our own project — we built them ourselves and we run them ourselves. Your event reaches an audience that is already there.
06Process
No empty promises. Real results.
07Approach
We build on real contacts, real experience and media presence that actually works.
The price is set individually, based on the scope and type of work. You’re not paying for a standard package — you’re paying for something that makes sense for you.
After an initial consultation we’ll prepare a clear proposal with concrete plans and a final price.
08References
We’re putting references together — with our clients’ consent, not off the top of our heads.

We price every job to its actual scope — promoting a single theatre evening costs nothing like promoting a whole festival. That is why we have no fixed packages. Tell us what the project is and we will send a non-binding quote with the scope and the price set out.
No, and nobody can. Editors decide what gets published, not us. What we do guarantee is the work behind it: material prepared properly, specific newsrooms approached, and presence on our own portals — where the publishing decision is ours.
Material about the event or project — copy, photographs at a usable resolution, a logo, dates and the venue. We also need to know you hold the rights to the photographs. The sooner we have it, the more editorial deadlines we can still make.
As early as you can, ideally once the date and programme are settled rather than when the event is nearly upon you. Print, distribution and newsrooms all have deadlines, and those cannot be recovered after the fact. Coming to us late is no reason not to ask — it just narrows what is still worth doing.
We run our own cultural portals — kulturniprehledy.cz, nasekultura.cz, and extremnibeh.cz for sporting and endurance events. That is the part of the promotion entirely within our control, which is why we are willing to commit to it. Alongside them we approach other media depending on the type of event.
Both, plus companies wanting to associate their name with culture. An organiser is solving attendance on a specific date; an actor or artist is building long-term visibility. Those are different briefs and we handle them differently — which is why each has its own page.
You get a confirmation with a copy of what you wrote. We read the inquiry and come back either with questions or directly with a proposed scope and price. Neither your inquiry nor our quote commits you to anything — nothing starts until you confirm the quote in writing.
We use them only to reply to you. The form is not written to any database — it becomes an e-mail to us and a confirmation to you, and nothing else. You can withdraw your consent at any time at info@kulturnipropagace.cz. The privacy policy sets this out in full.
